Welcome to Cake Diaries – bespoke dessert and cake company, located in London. Originally from Manchester, I graduated from university in 2015 with a degree in Biomedical Science. Realising my true passion lay in baking, I set up Cake Diaries out of my kitchen home. Since then, the company has grown and grown.
In 2016, Cake Diaries (and me!) relocated to London, which is where you’ll find us in our purpose-built kitchen, baking wedding cakes, brownies, macarons and more. We’ve gone from making simple cupcakes, to making tiered wedding cakes, hosting classes and courses, and expanding to a wide range of gluten free, vegetarian and halal desserts. I hope you’ll enjoy these creations as much as I’ve loved creating them!
Since 2010, I’ve been creating a wide range of desserts and cakes, always striving to learn new techniques and a variety of desserts to cater to all clients, far and wide. This includes but isn’t limited to brownies, macarons, tarts, cheesecakes, mousses, cake pops, wedding cakes, cupcakes and more.
I have a diploma in sugar flowers from the Peggy Porshen Academy.
